The UPMC Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and GI Surgery groups are ranked among the top centers in the U.S. by U.S. News & World Report.  Clinical sites include the UPMC Health System and the VA Pittsburgh Health Care System with primary service hubs in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh plus satellite locations throughout Western Pennsylvania.
