Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program
How to Apply
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have completed or will complete by July 1 (the typical fellowship start date), training that makes them board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, pediatrics, family medicine, otolaryngology, or anesthesiology.
We accept both H-1B and J-1 visas.
Application Process
The following materials are required and must be submitted via ERAS.
- Curriculum vitae (include college and medical school education, postgraduate training, board certification(s), state license(s), visa status, relevant scholarly activities)
- USMLE scores
- Medical school dean’s letter
- One-page personal statement
- At least 3 letters of recommendation from individuals who have supervised your postgraduate training
The application packet will be reviewed by the selection committee. An offer to interview will be made thereafter. Ultimately, a rank order list will be submitted to NRMP.
