Trent Bauer has joined the Infectious Diseases Division as of Monday, September 25, 2023. Trent will serve as the Executive Operations Coordinator for the Division.
Trent earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2018 from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. He was instrumental in establishing an LGBTQ resource center on campus, serving as Shippensburg University’s first LGBTQ student coordinator. Trent’s previous academic employment experience includes working with the University of Utah serving as an Office Director.
In his role as Executive Operations Coordinator for the Division, Trent will support Dr. Mellors as well as the new ID Division Chief. Please stop by to introduce yourself to Trent the next time you are on the 8th floor of Scaife Hall. Trent can be reached at: TAB320@pitt.edu.
