Application Information

Eligibility

Applications are accepted from candidates who will complete or have completed training and be board eligible/certified in internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, pediatrics, family medicine, otolaryngology, or anesthesiology prior to July 1 (typical fellowship start date).

We accept H-1B and J1 Visas.

Application Process

The following materials are required and must be submitted via ERAS.

• • Curriculum vitae (include college and medical school education, postgraduate training, board certification(s), state license(s), visa status, relevant scholarly activities)
  • USMLE scores
  • Medical school dean’s letter
  • One-page personal statement
  • At least 3 letters of recommendation from individuals who have supervised your postgraduate training

The application packet will be reviewed by the selection committee.  An offer to interview will be made thereafter. Ultimately, a rank order list will be submitted to NRMP.
