Dr. Jennifer Newitt obtained her MD from Albany Medical College in 2012 and then completed a pediatrics residency at Indiana University in 2016. She then came to the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship and then a Sleep Medicine fellowship. Dr. Newitt is a Clinical Instructor at UPMC and Post-doctoral scholar at the University of Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Baylor.
Dr. Newitt is currently a Sleep T-32 Post-Doctoral Scholar and her research interests focus on the use of non-invasive ventilation in patients with neuromuscular disease.
