Jared Magnani, Bruce Rollman, Matthew Muldoon and their co-authors found that 10%-20% of individuals with depression were less likely to take their medicine after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), suggesting that providers should screen for and treat depression to improve patient outcomes.
