Dr. Toor’s research interests include papillary thyroid carcinoma and pneumonia, both of which he has presented on at national conferences.

Clinical Interest
Dr. Toor is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and staff hospitalist in the Division of General Internal Medicine, Section of Hospital Medicine. He attended medical school at Kasturba Medical College before completing his internal medicine residency at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh. He joined the University of Pittsburgh faculty in 2012 and primarily works at UPMC Mercy. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is also an active member of the UPMC Mercy HCAHPS, Patient Grievance, and Hospitalist Scheduling committees.
