The Center for Innovative Antimicrobial Therapy (CIAT) was established with the goal of developing long-term solutions to the antimicrobial resistance crisis. The Center also serves as a platform to assemble and grow a cadre of faculty with relevant expertise, giving rise to collaborative research programs that will advance the field. CIAT’s areas of priority are lead by faculty from the Division of Infectious Diseases and other collaborating departments within the School of Medicine.
