The Division of Hematology-Oncology is comprised of 66 faculty members, with 38 clinical faculty, 20 research faculty, and 8 Behavioral Medicine faculty who are dedicated to excellence in patient care, conducting innovative basic, clinical, translational, and population research in the fight against cancer, and teaching the next generation of physician-scientists.

The Division offers expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad spectrum of malignant diseases and blood disorders. Faculty are actively engaged in specialized patient care and research programs in the areas of solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplantation, and the full range of benign hematologic disorders, including thrombosis, bleeding, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, and hemoglobinopathies.

Our faculty share a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality cancer care, excellence in basic, clinical, and translational research, and education and mentorship of the next generation of clinicians and scientists.
